Their main objectives are to detect, deter, and defeat hostile acts against US airports. They must be able to blend in with the public and rely on their training, such as investigative techniques, criminal terrorist behavior recognition, and close quarters self-defense measures in order to protect the passengers on the plane. If you like to travel around, then this is a great line of work for you. Also, U.S. Air Marshals are known for being great marksmen.

U.S. Air Marshals
Once this Friday the 14th came, I was really happy that it was a three day weekend. Thank you President's Day! I relaxed all day Saturday because I needed the rest from waking up early to study for tests on Friday. While I was watching T.V. on Saturday, I saw a trailer for the new movie 'Non-Stop' starring Liam Neeson, who plays an U.S. Air Marshal trying to stop someone who threatens to kill someone every 20 minutes unless $150 million dollars is transferred to their bank account. It sounds like a great movie and I am looking forward to watching it. My purpose is to not review a movie, but to see what exactly is an U.S. Air Marshal. I found out that U.S. Federal Air Marshals work under the Federal Air Marshal Service (FAMS), which is a US law enforcement agency under the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Here are some pictures of U.S. Air Marshals in training.
